We want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Because our products range from small valves to heavy cast iron units, delivery times and costs vary by the type of product you choose.

Delivery Times & Costs

Most of our radiators are custom-finished to your specifications. Here is a quick guide to when you can expect your order:

We provide estimated lead times (e.g. "1-3 working days") on all of our products. While we sync our stock several times a day, please note that lead times may be extended during seasonal holidays, bank holidays, or during manufacturer maintenance periods. We will always keep you updated if your delivery is affected.

Note: For deliveries to remote areas or offshore islands, we will contact you after you order to confirm any additional shipping charges.

What to Expect After You Order

Regardless of what you’ve chosen, we’ll ensure you're kept up to date. Because radiators are a bit bulkier than valves, the process looks a little different for each:

• For Radiator Orders: Expect to hear from us! We want to make sure someone is home, so we’ll book a delivery date that works for you.
• For Valves & Accessories: Keep an eye on your inbox. We’ll send over tracking information as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

When Your Delivery Arrives

Cast iron radiators are extremely heavy. To keep you safe and ensure your radiator isn't damaged, please follow these tips:

• Don't Lift Alone: Never attempt to lift a cast iron radiator by yourself. Always have at least two people ready to help.
• Keep it Upright: Always carry and move radiators in an upright position. Laying them flat can strain the watertight seals and cause leaks.

Joining Your Cast Iron Radiator

To make delivery safer and easier, any cast iron radiator longer than 1.2 meters will arrive in smaller, manageable "blocks". This ensures you can move them around tight corners, through doorways, and upstairs without straining yourself or the radiator.

How to assemble your radiator:

• Move first, join later: We recommend moving the individual blocks into their final room before joining them together.
• Create a workspace: Place the blocks on a clean, flat, and stable surface for assembly.
• Easy assembly: Use the provided nipples and gaskets to connect the sections.
• The Joining Key: You will need a joining key to secure the sections. You can purchase one from us with your order, and once you're finished, simply return it to us for a full refund.

Essential Delivery Information

• The Arrival Window: Pallet deliveries are scheduled within an all-day delivery window. Because these items are heavy and require specialised transport, please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. If a delivery is attempted and missed, a re-delivery charge may apply.
• Access & Location: Our deliveries are kerbside only. If you live in a "harder to reach" area, have any unique access quirks like stopping restrictions or restricted access (such as narrow lanes or low bridges), please let us know in advance so we can coordinate the smoothest arrival possible.

We take great pride in our products and want your order to arrive in perfect condition. We kindly ask that you inspect your delivery and notify us within 24 hours if anything isn't quite right. This allows us to jump into action and resolve any issues for you immediately!

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If things don’t work out, here is how our returns work:

Can I return my item?

• Valves & Accessories: Yes! We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all off-the-shelf accessories, provided they are returned in a resellable state.
• Cast Iron & Custom Radiators: Because these are custom-built and finished specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on these items. For further information see our Terms and Conditions.

Returns after 90 days are considered on a case-by-case basis; returns can sometimes be accepted for store credit, though a restocking fee may apply. If you have an item you would like to return after the returns period, contact us to discuss your situation further.

How to start a return:

1. Contact Us First: Call, Email, or reach out via Live Chat to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. 
2. You will receive your RMA Documentation from us: This documentation must be included with your returned items and will include a tracking reference for your returned products. We cannot process returns without this.
3. Pack it Securely: Ensure the item is in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost and safety of the return shipping.
4. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Shipping Tip: When choosing a courier, we strongly recommend using a signed-for service and taking out shipping insurance. This is especially important for high-value or fragile items to protect you against loss or damage in transit.
